Welcome to
Staynor Hall Community Centre

Staynor Hall Community Centre is a modern, purpose-built venue located at the heart of the Staynor Hall development in Selby. Run by a dedicated team of trustees and committee members, the centre operates as a registered charity serving the local community.

Since opening, the centre has become a vibrant hub of activity — hosting a wide range of sessions and groups throughout the week for all ages. It’s also available to hire for private events and celebrations.

The committee regularly organises community events and fundraisers throughout the year, helping to support the centre and bring local residents together.

Our bars and events are operated by Staynor Hall Community Centre Bars Limited.

Join the Committee

The Community Centre, which has charity status, is run by a committee of volunteers who give up their spare time to ensure that the Hall keeps running and continues to provide a central focus for the Staynor Hall community to join together for activities and events. Without the committee the centre would cease to function.

We are always looking for new volunteers to join the committee. Being a member means you can contribute your ideas for events and fundraising, help out occasionally at events, maybe behind the bar or setting-up, and attend monthly committee meetings, when possible, where we discuss the ongoing management of the centre.

If you feel you can contribute in any way then please get in touch and join the committee as you would be very welcome.
