Important Information

• This event is exclusively for Staynor Hall residents.
• The ticket system will only allow Staynor Hall residents to purchase tickets utilising their postcode.
• No parking is available – (A small number of disabled spaces will be maintained, please contact us in advance)
• Everyone must have a ticket (including children) to enter.
• Gates open at 5:00pm, with the fireworks starting at 7:00pm   
• Bring your ticket – everyone needs one (kids under 16 must come with an adult).
• No personal fireworks or sparklers – we’ve got all the sparkle you’ll need!
• Only alcohol purchased onsite may be consumed at the event.
• Keep pets cosy at home – fireworks can be scary for them (assistance dogs are welcome).
• Follow steward instructions – they’re here to help keep you safe.
• Stay in the viewing area – restricted zones are for safety.
• The event goes ahead in most weather – but we may delay or cancel if needed for safety.
• You might be in photos or videos from the event – by coming along, you’re cool with that.
• Last entry to this event will be 18:55pm, if you arrive after this time you won't be allowed in and no refund issued.
• Look after your belongings – we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged items.
